What if it rains on my service day?

We work in light rain — San Diego weather is usually on our side! In the event of heavy rain or severe weather that makes service unsafe or impractical, we'll reschedule your visit as soon as possible, typically within 1–2 days. We'll always communicate with you if there's any change to your schedule.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Nope! Most of our customers aren't home when we visit. As long as we have access to your yard (gate code, unlocked gate, etc.), we'll take care of everything and send you a confirmation text when we're done. It's that easy.

All waste is bagged and securely disposed of in your household trash can during each visit. We double-bag when needed to minimize odor and ensure everything is clean and tidy.

How much does dog waste removal cost?

Weekly service starts at $24.75/week for one dog, $27.25 for two dogs, $29.75 for three dogs, and $32.25 for four dogs.
